Located within Royal Leamington Spa`s conservation area, our clients home lacked much needed storage vehicle parking space. We were appointed to design a new detached garage that would compliment the existing Victorian style property, meet the requirements of the Conservation area guidelines and provide the spaces needed.
By paying attention to detail, we designed a modest building that enveloped the requirements and needs of all. The scale does not detract from the character of the terraced buildings and the careful consideration taken whilst specifying facing materials has lead to a successful project that was supported by the Local Planning Department and Conservation Officer whom we engaged with from the outset in order to ensure a positive outcome of the planning application.
