The main focus for our client at this property was to create an additional granny annexe that would be accessed independently to the existing property.
The confined space available meant that our design had to ensure maximum efficiency of space whilst also offering a comfortable internal layout that provides our client with independence and security.
We ensured that the design of the additional accommodation integrated well into the existing in terms of external materials and internal layout, which as a result, ensured a practical, yet pleasing addition of space.
We provided a full service for this project, including feasibility designs, planning application and building regulations application submissions, tender and JCT contract administration and on-site inspections.
